Original Hangeul (Immutable)
우리 처음 만난 날 그대는 기억할까 수줍던 그 얼굴이 아직도 내 기억 속엔 붉다 나를 좋아해 줘서 나를 보듬어 줘서 나는 계속 눈을 바라봤고 부끄러워하면서도 마냥 싫어하지 않았던 결국엔 손을 잡았던 붉어진 얼굴이 두 개가 되었던 그때가 생각이 난다

The day we first met do you remember That face that was shy is still red in my memory Because you liked me because you held me close I kept looking into your eyes and you even while embarrassed not wholly disliking it in the end holding hands the reddened face becoming two that time comes to mind
Translation Guide (The Origin Focus)
'그대는' (you): 그대 is one of several Korean words for you, a literary one used in poems and songs, in place of everyday forms such as 너. English you is the same word in every register. Archaic thou would mark the difference but would add an old-fashioned tone the Korean does not have; the translation uses you, so which word was used does not show.
